Because the majority of our products are custom or preorder items:

● ALL SALES ARE FINAL

● We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personalization errors submitted by the customer.

If you receive the wrong item or believe your order arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
